I have read these other reviews and I think they are all very unfair and very outdated. Since I have been there the last couple years, the new management has improved all aspects, the grounds look fabulous! We now have brand new flowers and barkdust throughout the property. Office staff is ALWAYS friendly and eager to help and even sometimes provide treats, the new manager has been there for almost 2 years now and she is wonderful!. They did get rid of ALOT of residents however, they were the Bad, trashy, and Drugdealer types. They brought this property from "ghetto" to a place that I am no longer imbarassed to invite my friends and family over. When I place a work order, it gets handle within a day no more than 2. The park and pool are now always well maintained.We now do community garage sales, we have a community neighborhood watch program, plus they have security patrol 7 NIGHTS A WEEK, not 1 night a week as stated in a previous comment lighting is always on before sunset and well after sunrise and I always feel safe in the parking lot. For the price and the square footage is GREAT, I don't see myself moving for a very long time, as long as things remain as they are now. As far as noisy neighbors''' IT'S AN APARTMENT! I have had a couple loud radio complaints, but one call to the management and it gets taken care of RIGHT AWAY!
