The rents are super cheap compared to others. I've lived here 3 years, and was looking to move because my family is getting better, but not able to find a place I could afford, so the manager said she would be able to transfer me and work with deposit until my apartment deposit was refunded. All the neighbors know eachother, our kids play together, and we all look out for each other. Staff is very helpful, and answers any questions, or complaints we might have, we haven't had many except for the occasional kids upstairs. The apartments are HUGE for the money. Any maintenance I need done, the maintenance guys are always right there to fix it. Great place for the money. But not the greatest area
