We have lived here for almost 3 years. In that time, they have raised the rent every year. They have had at least 2 major floodings of downstairs apartments. This most recent flooding has done damage to 14 apartments. Most water damage is so severe the tenants had to relocate. The walls are thin as paper and you can hear a conversation in another room with the door closed in it's entirety with little difficulty. The window panes are single so they sweat like a glass of ice water. You have mold develop around the windows constantly if you don't clean it regularly. Of the apartments I have visited, the majority have outdated appliances. The stove cooks fine but the oven burns so hot you have to watch food closely to avoid burning. The paint is shoddy at best. There is paint along the wood trim throughout the apartment as well as lumps and hair in the paint. Also, most of the apartments do not have garbage disposals. The current manager could use a good dose of people skills. If rudeness were considered good manners, she would be adored by all. I could go on, but I've hit the high points. Rent at your own risk. Here is a recent update for you, in the past two weeks 5 cars have been stolen from the parking area. One more reason to avoid this place. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
