After living here and leaving you have a different view.
First onsite management is not here.
They took away every decent benefit.
As I drove by I seen the basketball hoop was still down.
That was at least two years ago when I lived there.
The TV room is closed after the office is closed.
Noise problems were rampant.
Police were here on a weekly basis.
One of the reasons I moved out was due to lack of control of animals and the sizes of dogs they allow.
There are some dogs that are well over 100 pounds.
People let their kids play all over the complex and at all hours.
The bedrooms face the parking lot and you can hear all sorts of noise anytime of day, but especially night.
And if you still want to rent here, walk the entire grounds before doing so and video tape your move in.
Nothing extra is paid here.
You are better of paying more and actually geting more.

We're so glad to have the basket ball court gone!
Noisy - magnet for people off the streets - thank you management! If it gets noisy - we call the surveillance company - quick and responsive!
