I've lived at the Glen for two years. Everything was pretty good, until the new management took over. They are aweful to work with, and totally uncaring about the tenants. It's ironic that all the news letters go on and on about how much they care. They don't. They'll hassle you over EVERYTHING. My furnace isn't working well, it's been three weeks and still no resolution. They did finally bring in a contractor, who said the thing hadn't been cleaned in years and was clogged up. They aren't willing to pay to have it cleaned. So, now I'm going into legal action. The sinks constantly clog up. The maintenance man is frustrated because they won't let him take the plumbing apart to clean it out. The management want him to use a pour-in drain cleaner, it takes less of his time this way. But it NEVER works. If you move in here, you'll be sorry!!! Stay Away!!! I'm moving.
