Not a good place anymore

So, since being bought out by a new managment group, the place is starting to look better. But thats it. They do not care about the residents who have lived here for years, refusing to actually fix anything, they have lost my rent check now twice-only for it to show up a week later. I refuse to use the drop box anymore and make them make a copy, sign it and date it, since I don't want to pay the late fees anymore. They have been filling the place up with really loud people, refuse to do anything about the noise or about people parking in your 1 assigned spot. Several times I have had to park at the other end and walk the 5 minutes to my apartment. Such a waste of freaken time. The kicker was when I came home early one day and they were in my apartment. Apparently they put notices on peoples doors that they would be doing this, but somehow forgot my whole building since I asked my neighbors if they received a notice. Completely illegal and I am done with them. Do not move here.

Well, I'm the manager of Creekside Village and I would like to say that we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I'm not sure if you are talking about the previous management or us (since we took over in late October) but I know that rent checks aren't lost and homes aren't entered without proper notice...ever.
We actually have our service requests on a 24 hour turn around so if you have something not done, please don't hesitate to let us know. We would be happy to make sure it's taken care of right away.
As far as the "loud" people..if you would kindly let us know who is being loud, again, we would be happy to make that stop. We can't know about it unless our community members tell us. We would never refuse to take care of any situation that a resident is concerned about.
I'm sorry about your parking situation. Unfortunately, we didn't design the parking lot we just have to work with what's given to us, but since we got here, things are getting better. At least, that's what I hear from the residents =) We have been working hard to make sure that our parking policies are enforced to make it a better community for everyone. Seems to be working!
If any of our residents would like to ever come and talk about an issue, our door is always open and we would love the chance to sit down and speak with you for a resolution.
Remember, we can't know if anything is bothering you unless you say so.

Wow.... I have to say I'm impressed.... this is the first time I have read a response from a manager on here... or at least one where they openly say they are a manager. It's good to know that management somewhere looks at the reviews for their community.
