I have lived at The Meadows for 15 years, since it was built. I have seen it go through many changes in personel. I have enjoyed most of them. I was very fond of Kristine, the old manager. The new manager Michelle is equally impressive. I was very excited that when the new management came in they kept Teresa, the maintenance person. She has made living here a gem. When something in my home breaks, she is sure to fix it in a hurry. The new owners are making drastic improvements to go along with what the old owners had started. It is exciting to see the complex I have lived in since it was built go through such a transformation. It seems that the type of people attracted to The Meadows are good people. I enjoy having them as my neighbors. I love walking around the property and enjoying the gazebo. It is well maintained.
That said...nothing is perfect. Yes, I have seen cars get broken into. However, I am a firm believer that this can happen any where, even in the best of locations. Yes, parking can be a struggle. I walk a lot, so for me it is not an issue. Yes, there are other things that bug me sometimes. Not everyone who lives here will be as happy as I am in my home. But I am one resident amoung many who is very happy with The Meadows.
