There are so many reasons this place is horrible. Piss poor Management, custodians and staff that steal from your apartments, horrible parking situations that "changes" every other month in regard to permitting that hadn't existed before last year, electrical problems, mold problems, 150 screaming kids that ruin the grounds playing 1 foot from your doors and windows at all hours, laundry facilities that are consistently filthy and never fully functional, neigbors that blast music and create issues big enough to warrant police presence at least twice a week, and very poorly maintained (and not very handicapped-friendly) trash and recycling facilities in only ONE corner of a 3 block property.

They used to be able to reel people in by the facade of newly updated units, and those are GREAT, but even since I've moved out they've raised the rent nearly 100 dollars for a 1 bedroom. The pretty appliances are NOT worth the hassles you'll get here, I assure you. RENTER BEWARE!

This is in the middle of the central Vancouver hood. Nobody in their right mind would want to live anywhere in this area. Massive police activity is necessary on a daily basis because this is the area that all of the scumbags congregate. If you want to find a decent apartment, head a few miles east, west, north, or south, but stay out of this area.
