I have to say these apartment really suck. Moving in was a breeze but if things are to easy you should beware!! Only after 3 days of living here there was a "bust" with guns pulled and Police Agents outside. In the couple years that I have lived here (only because I do not have the funds to move) There has been a shooting, a street fight including about 12 people, drugs being delt in front of the apartments, Very loud neighbors, Horrible service when it comes to trying to have things fixed even in emergencies, dirty laundry rooms that most of the time don't even work, and parking sucks. You can't have family park inside the lot because they will be towed right away even disabled persons. There is plenty of parking for residents as well as guests but it is not allowed. The apartment complex next door housed Air Academy "kids" who party all night just about every night. I have reported them several times but it seems that "our complex" can do nothing. I have witnessed police here on SEVERAL occasions for reasons starting from minor arguements to actually a man inside an apartment with a hatchet threatening to kill his family. BEWARE!!! The staff is nice enough and can really reel you into thinking this place is wonderful. It is not. Totally not a place where kids should be raised!!!!!
