In my opinion, there is no real problem with the management, it's the neighbors. If you want good neighbors, this is not the place to move to. I have had to call the police multiple times on neighbors banging on others neighbors' doors with baseball bats threatening to kill 14 year old kids because of imaginary supposed love triangles. People let their one and two year olds run around in the busy parking lot, and when you want to park in your assigned spot and there is a kid blocking you, the child just stares at you. You literally have to get out of your car and make the kid move. I have found dirty condoms outside my patio from the previous upstairs neighbors, no joke. There is a mold spot above my shower that they have already fixed once, and I can tell that they have fixed it multiple times before I have moved in because I can see where they had to replace a portion on the ceiling. A lot of traffic. Oh, did I mention the shooting' Five people got arrested. I actually had police surround my apartment looking for the previous renters. All and all, not a good neighborhood, not a good place to raise children, and bless the Lord I am moving.
