I liked this place when I moved in. The apts are spacious and look well maintained.
It is relatively quiet, which is nice. You dont really hear anybody else. But I like a sense of community.
Staff and neighbors are unfriendly. You wont see BBQ?s or friendly gatherings. When you go to the mailbox and say hi to somebody you pass, they wont respond.
After living there a while you find that the windows and doors leak and will not be repaired when reported. The apartments are drafty and cold.
Looking around, I notice that I am not alone in moving out. There a tons of vacant units all over. I am glad to be moving to a less snobish community.
