The outside left something to be desired but we wanted a loft. It was nice until they decided to put a drain pipe on the roof in our room. Water OURED directly on the top of our roof above our bedroom, and tehn would drip! It was horrible! Plus TINY kitchens, but other than that it was ok for a first place.

They did the same thing to my apartment when i lived there. They installed this drain pipe for water run off from the loft ceeling. The water would drip right to the roof above my BED!
