Pretty darn good...

I have lived in several apartments and in that time I have notice a couple of things. #1 if management sucks...your time spent there probably will too. #2 if their maintenance team is not on top of it your apartment will slowly fall apart. #3 if the office staff is not friendly and you barely see them, then you get an idea about the company that runs the apartment community. None of these things happened here. I'm not saying The Regency is perfect. I have had a couple of maintenance requests. However they are always taken care of in timely matter. The staff always says hi and by the way the community looks you can tell they put in an honest effort. If you are looking for a spacious floor plan with lots of windows (I love sunlight) at a reasonable price...check them out.
