Over-Priced But Decent

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
We have lived here for 1-1/2 years. Great deal initially for $895 with free cable. Rent now $945, cable was not included after six months. Two rent increases despite high unemployment and vacancy rate in area.

Staff helpful but basically unfriendly.
