The apartments inside were fairly average. Nothing special about them, but the balconies were twice the size of an average apartments balcony. I really would have liked the apartments if it wasnt for the landlord. She was extremely snoopy and had to know every aspect of all of her tenants lives. Would drop in without notice at 7am pounding on the door, just to see what you were doing. The first time it wasnt a big deal, but when it becomes a daily event, it gets obnoxious. Alot of the male neighbors spend alot of time just standing out in the parking lot, which can be alittle creepy being a woman coming home late at night and they've been there all day, staring you down. Landlord accepts pets, but isnt very pet friendly. Dont expect to get your depost back when you move out. We left our apartment spotless, and even had it shampooed twice, and it still wasnt good enough, and apparently cats can pull up the carpet by themselves, pee on the pad (but not the carpet) and then lay it back down ''' Also, when we left the apartment the carpet was in perfect condition, yet when we came back to do the walk through with her, someone had picked a hole in the seam of the carpet, and we were blamed for it. I would never live in these apartments again, only for the fact that the landlord is soooo ---- about knowing every aspects of her tenants lives. I also felt very uncomfortable at times. Most of her tentants are mexican, and she is rather racist towards her white and black tenants.

Everyone was assigned a carport, but alot of other residents would park their cars in other peoples carports, or would park half way in their carport and their neighbors. At some times, I would wake in the morning, and the neighbors would park so tightly in, I couldnt even open my door.

Also, their not very quick when it comes to maintanence. We lived in an upstairs apartment, and our top step was coming loose, and felt as if it could fall through at any time. We told her several times about it, and it wasnt entil inspections came and they were notified, that she finally had it fixed (and an unsafe fix at that. The beam was rotted through, and so they just added a small block of wood and a bolt to hold it up... not very safe in my opinion).

I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone.
