I lived in the community for 2 years, it has the best staff you will find in Vancouver. If I had been smart, I never would have left. The floor plans are nice, big one and two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the 2-bedroom homes. They are roomy for the price (under 700) and w/s/g and cable are paid!!! The complex is older which does lead to higher elec cost in the winter, however you do have wood-burning fireplaces in all of the units. These apts have the largest patios you will find and even the downstairs patios are enclosed which are great for small children. The staff is the highlite of this complex. The manager is in the office during the open hours for any problems you have and most things are handled the same day. The maint. is amazing, most all request are finished that same days with weekend service as well!!! These apts are owned by someone who really cares and wants to keep their investment up.
