Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
For almost all of 2006 I lived at H10 across the street from the office at Van Plaza Apartments. I never experienced any problem with noise from the Child Care Center at the complex. Neither did I ever experience any problem with the management. Management gave me a real break when I moved out by inspecting the apartment and giving back all of the money on deposit - as they did for all who took good care not to damage the property. My son lived at F1, and, like me, found Norma, the manager, to be strict, no more curious than needed in such a position, and very fair. I never knew the lady who wrote the derogatory note, but I do know that everyone who deserved it got a fair shake from management at Van Plaza Apartments.
