Small..cheap..trashy tenats..can hear every noise people make..things falling apart and lots of questions when reporting maintence issues..run of the mill dump! The most unprofessional manager (Norma) and living experience we have ever had. Norma is extremely nosey and a HUGE gossip queen. My fiance was in the office one day and overheard her on the phone complaining (he was living there first and then my daughter and I moved in) that she does not like kids and would like the complex to be kid free. She also inquired about us to some tenats because I spoke my mind to her and she didn't like it, so I guess she tried to get dirt on us'' anyways the tenats of course told us immediatly that she was snooping. This happened on more than one occasion and the poor tenat that informed us was terrified that if I said something, Norma would be pissed. So I kept my mouth shut so they could live in the dump they wanted to call home. First of all, I found out quickly that fourth plain is a crime infested, disqusting dump of an area. Like the toliet of Vancouver. I am actually embarrased to say I lived there (actually I never bring it up in conversation..hehe) I moved from an upscale Wilsonville neighborhood and not being in the whole Portland area long and not ever been to Vancouver until meeting my fiance who lived there, I really had no idea of what was good or bad in Vancouver. I did think the area was trashy and needless to say...we stayed ONLY until his lease was up...not a long time and then moved to a respectable part of Vancouver. If you have children..please do an online search for sex offenders in the Vancouver area and you will find the majority of them are in that area. Its quite frightening! Last but not least Norma came across predjudice against anyone who is not Mexican. (we are white) I have never found that with Mexican people. Usually they seem kind and loving to just about anyone. I myself embrace diversity on a daily basis and as long as people are respectful I don't care what color you are..But Norma is just a nasty old bitter lady who peeks out her blinds and probably has the apartments bugged..ok I'm exagerating..but more than likely all the good reviews are probably her relatives...Mexican families are big ya know!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I lived there just over a year and had no such problems. I'm offended that you could say such hurtful things about Norma. She's really very nice and helpful. And I'm also sorry that you are so raciest, you should be ashamed of yourself writing such hatful things.
