I lived in the complex for just under 6 years. I came down to vancouver to go to school. I found this complex purely by chance. Norma has helped me in advising what I needed to rent a room and what I needed to do to get setup to live there. This was the first time I ever lived on my own. The place was meticulously maintained, landscaping is done on a weekly basis, roads regularly repainted, and apartments kept up to date. I also loved the vaulted ceiling that I had living in the upper unit. I recently moved out because I bought a home. She has been up front with all the things I needed to take care of to help avoid charges. I recommend this place to any individual who needs a place to study and work. This is not a party complex, but a place for peace and quiet.
