Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I was a resident here in 2008 but left to move out of state, when I returned to Washington I did not even look anywhere else, I came back to Van Plaza Apartments because my previous experience here was so good. Norma the Manager is one of the reasons..she is fair and honest and extremely helpful with all aspects of getting settled in and living here. I believe she runs a tight ship and thats why I have experienced no problems or issues living here. The location is great; it is centrally located and easy access to 205. There is shopping all around and you can walk to much of it. There is city park across the street. I love the FREE cable TV!!
I am a current resident and happy to be back here again.
