I have lived at Van Plaza for 3 years. I have rented from many apts in the last 20 years but I am most happy here at Van Plaza. It is quiet and close to everything I need, Grocery stores, malls, movies, freeways, all very close. The management is acceptional and very caring to you're needs. If you are looking for no hassle renting with only you're living space to worry about, I recommend Van Plaza.
