Great place in the city From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Vancouvercenter has been a good home for a few years. The management is very friendly and accommodating. When we first moved in there were some quirks to the apartment but the maintenance staff was good to get them fixed and things really mellowed out. It will be a shame when it is converted to condos, but with the soft real estate market it looks like that may still be a few years off. We have an end unit and often feel like we are the only ones living in the building. A friend had problems with young, noisy neighbors but worked with management to encourage them out of the complex. Quoted rent price is for a park facing end unit and includes 2 parking spots - one gated and one ungated.
