I just moved in with my new husband last month. I am so happy here! We have a lovely 2 bedroom apartment facing Esther Short Park.
*During the summer, when I would visit, there were always wonderful concerts and activities going on in the park. I cant wait until this summer!
* The farmers market is just a block away and they are adding more and more over there every day.
*So far I havent heard our neighbors. The apartments are very sound proof. When we have the windows closed you cant even hear street noises.
*My building is key card access so I feel safe when my husband is out of town.
*The office staff is very nice and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile and make an effort to remember everyones name. It is so refreshing compared to where I used to live.
* I had one maintenance issue so far, a leaky sink. I reported it on a Monday night and someone was in by Tuesday to take a look, they ended up replacing the sink for me. I was very surprised. Most places make you live with it for a while.
* So far I am so very happy here and hope to stay until we are ready to purchase a home.
