Amazing! From: Harry7877 Date posted: 11/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This is hands down, the best apartment complex in downtown Vancouver. I am in a studio apartment, and it's just the perfect size for a student. The building is very new; built in either 05 or 06. Everything is very clean. Maintenance personel is top notch and very friendly. They've fixed everything the first time and usually the day after I make a request for service. They are very secure here, electronic key card access to parking, key card access to the lobbies, and key card access to the elevators. It is also very quiet in my apartment. Vancouvercenter may be expensive, but it is worth every penny. I wouldn't want to live elsewhere. Other perks: free access to a REAL gym on the apartment grounds (not just 2-3 machines like other apartment communities), free wireless internet in both lobbies, free pastries in the morning in the lobby, free TV in the lobby along with newspapers, electric paid, and many others You should check them out!
