The building and location is nice. The people in the leasing office seem nice at first, but you better make sure EVERYTHING is in writing or you could get screwed big time. Ultimately, they ended up not being very professional in their interactions with me. They plan to be undergoing a conversion of these apartments into condos, and several of the reps only care about the money involved in it for them, and will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get you to pay into it. I have since learned that they have been saying/doing similar things since their opening. It is the classic wolf in sheep's clothing, so just be very careful if you work with them. Remember the bottom line is always about (their) money.

I am looking to buy a place in the Vancouver area, and when I brought up vancouvercenter as a condo option, my realtor was very diplomatic and professional but between the lines basically told me to look out for their business practices/agenda.
