A Nice Place To Live; Some Neighbors Are Idiots!

This complex is a nice place to live. Clean and well-laid out grounds, the apartments are well-kept and the management is not bad.

However, many of the neighbors abuse the disabled parking spots (there are very few) and regularly use them because they don?t want to want to walk an extra ten feet! Management gets low points for this because after repeated contacts, they refuse to do anything. I guess when you yourself are young and don?t have disabled friends you don?t see the problem.

A few neighbors are complete idiots; noisy, uncaring, and *way* too young to be living away from home. Our upstairs neighbor is rude, crude and socially unacceptable - he is noisy at all hours and must walk on his heels because he sounds like an elephant. His apartment "rap" sheet is quite long, but perhaps because there are so many open apartments (no jobs in area), management is loathe to lose the revenue.

Still, if you have courteous neighbors, this is a nice place to live.
