If you're looking for a quiet place to live...this isn't it. You can hear the neighbors talking, even at a whisper. The office staff is clueless and unhelpful. The apartments look pretty, though I couldn't get rid of the bugs in the cabinets and wound up throwing away half of the food we bought. The parking is good, though watchout for thefts (of cars as well as break-ins). Our car got broken into and a person who I referred to this complex had their car stolen. They need to screen tenants better. No more young kids who party till five in the morning!!! People used to party in the parking lots even, with no concern from the staff. I even saw tenants peeing on other tenants cars. The office was broken into, so I had to go through a lengthy process to ensure that none of our credit info was stolen. Living here was such a pain! There are much nicer and safer places to live in Vancouver...keep looking.
