Bad Management/Nice landscape/Poor Insulation

I have lived here with my fiancee for almost a year now. Its a nice clean area and very surprised with how well the landscap is kept. Nevertheless it does have its disadvantages the insulation is poorly done. I swear i can i hear the neighbor below snoring. The worst is the management they never seem know what the hell they are doing. The girls are always bitchy and not very personable.
Its a nice community if your in the right area. But i do warn everyone of the poor mangagement.
