I think that these are the best apartments ever! I love the neighborhood, the floorplan, everything about the apartment. The office staff is absolutely wonderful! They respond to any complaints immediately. They truly care for the residents, which makes me feel really good about the decision that I made.
I was very surprised to read some of the negative reviews that people have posted, especially about the noise. Obviously, some people are noisier than others, and there's really nothing that anyone can do about that. I did have a noisy neighbor and I always informed the staff about any particularly noisy days. They waited until they had enough documented complaints to give them a 3-day or 10-day notice, i'm not sure exactly what it was, and in the end, my neighbors were evicted. I just want to say that it is strange that people would write bad things about this place. Maybe the old staff was careless, but these girls are wonderful!
