My husband and I have lived at Village at Cascade Park for 2 years.

We feel we are on a resort everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To us it is RESORT LIVING AT OUR FINGER TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!
The office staff is SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are very professional, kind, helpful, and always there when we need them!!!!!!
They are the Best Office Staff I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We visited alot of apartments before moving here and we were VERY IMPRESSED with how clean the apartments were and we like the square footage!!!!!!!!!! Rare to find in the area of Vancouver.
The maintence staff are GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They fixed maintence problems!!!! The area is Beautiful and the lawns and grounds are well kept up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have nice neighbors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We also have once a month continental breakfast that is delicious!!!!!!!
Great way to get to know other neighbors in the community here. We have met the nices
residents here.

We also have a hot tub, swimming pool, workout room and a tanning room.
We also have concierge services for us residents, for instance if you go on vacation or a weekend trip and need someone to pick up your mail, water plants, ect they will do it for you!!!!
We can drop off our dry cleaning at the office and a company will pick it up and deliver back to the office for us to pick up!!!!!
You don't have to drive to a cleaners!!!!!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE IN VANCOUVER!!!!!!!!!!

WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR HOME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are centerly located near a bunch of restaurants, groceries stores. We are about 3 blocks from Trader Joes health food store!!! Very reasonable prices!!!!!!!!!!!
A movie theatre just down the street, banking, etc.
We are minutes from the airport and not noisy!!
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When we have guess come to visit they all are SO IMPRESSED WITH THE AREA, THE GROUNDS OF HOW WELL THEY ARE KEPT UP AND THEY ARE IMPRESSED WITH THE AMENITIES HERE AND HOW BIG OUR APARTMENT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, Make Village at Cascade Park your new home!!!!!!!!!!!!!
