I've been living at the Village for over 2 years now, and frankly I'm surprised at the negative comments I just read in the reviews. Ours has been nothing but a positive experience here. We moved here from a house we owned and we expected to make certain allowances for joining an apartment community. We can only remember 2 noise complaints (and these were minor)and they were handled promply by the management.The maintenance crew is always curtious and get the repair right the FIRST TIME! We checked other complexes before moving here and found that The Village has more cubic feet per dollar then any of the others we looked at, and we looked at A LOT!
Excellent staff, great location, large rooms, hot tub, swimming pool, work-out room, and beautiful lawn and gardens. What more can you ask for' If your looking for an apartment, you need to check out the Village at Cascade Park. I think you'll be impressed.
