1 Rent continues to raise dramaticly.(on a lease)
2 Ant, bugs, and worms, pick a season you will have a problem.
3 Problem keeping staff
4 Staff saying something is ok, then telling the owner they have know idea about it, resaulting in a comply letter.
5 Blowers going every Tue. year around, dirt gets blown through the doors, and at your cars. (management said that wouldn't happen again, they were wrong}
