This is a beautiful community. I moved out at the end of June, I would have stayed at the Village at Van Mall if I hadnt just gotten married and my now husband didnt already own a home. The property has a great office staff, they are helpful. The maint guys are very prompt. The grounds are kept beautifuly landscaped. I have lived in several apartments in the Vancouver area and this is by far the quitest complex.
