This complex has been very good to me. I've lived here almost 3 years, and am moving out of town or I'd stay here even longer. I do recommend living away from the pool, as it gets quite noisy in the summer, even late into the evening. Otherwise I've always felt safe here, and have only heard of one car break-in and no stolen cars. I think it helps that the neighbors tend to look out for each other. The complex has very friendly tenants who become neighbors and not just ppl who happen to live next door. There's plenty of parking in addition to the assigned space, although I recommend getting a garage for the covered parking and storage space. Maintenance has always been very responsive, and management friendly and respectful. The complex is also very pet friendly. I'll be sad to leave!
