I have lived at Village at Van Mall for almost 3 years and if anything, the place has gotten better over time. The Management team is simply outstanding, and more than willing to go the extra mile for their tenants. The Maintanence team is prompt, professional and courteous. Parking is reserved, and the tenants respect each others spaces.

But more so than that, Village at Van Mall is a Neighborhood. We visit each other and greet each other in passing, and everyone seems to enjoy the facilities. The rent is not cheap, but you do get what you pay for at this complex, in that the appartments are large, airy and every unit is a corner unit.

I would recommend this complex to any of my friends, or for that matter, to my Mom if she was looking for a good, clean, safe and friendly apartment home.
