I have lived here for a little over a year. I was going to renew my lease for another year because I loved living here, but have opted to find a new place to live because of the new management. Previous management was great and really took the time to get to know you and make sure you were well informed about waht was going on. They were always very courteous and friendly. The new managment is rude and unhelpful and down right sarcastic and nasty. The information they provide is not accurate and they become nasty when you start to ask questions. The one manager Jo went so far as to tell me I needed a time out and could go into the other room and have tea and cookies when I was upset that ask why it was that everytime I asked the same question to confirm what I was told, they were giving me a different answer each time. I would definately not recommend moving into this complex as long as the current management is still here.

I am also a resident here and have had the same problems with the new management. They are very rude and do not tell the truth when asked questions. We moved in here in 2006 and were going to renew our lease until meeting the new management. They were going to raise our rent 50.00 and told us, That was the going rate for these apartments. I also would not recommend these apaetments based on the practices of the new management.
