I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS. WITHING 6 MONTHS OF SIGNING A YEAR LEASE WE WANTED TO MOVE BUT COULDNT. PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES WE HAD TO STAY. SIGNED ANOTHER YEAR LEASE, IF WE SIGNED ANYTHING LESS THAN A YEAR WE WOULD BE PAYING OVER 1200 A MONTH. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!! MOLD AND FILTH ALL OVER THE DECKS, GUTTERS FULL OF LEAVES AND SUCH WHEN IT RAINS THEY OVERFLOW CAUSING A MESS. 2ND STORY WINDOWS NEVER GET CLEANED, BIRD CRAP ON THEM. CARPET UNRAVELING. NASTY MANAGEMENT, THE GOOD ONES NEVER STAY VERY LONG. PARKING SUCKS, GARBAGE OVERFLOWS, DOESN'T PAY WATER OR SEWER AND RANDOMLY CHARGE FOR GARBAGE. OVERGROWN SHRUBS, COVERING WINDOWS, POOR DRAINAGE ON COMMON GRASSY AREAS MAKING IT MUDDY AND UNUSABLE. RENTS HAVE GONE UP 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS. IF YOU MOVE HERE YOU MUST GET A LEASE TO AVOID THAT RATE INCREASES!!!! MY ADVISE.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. LOOK FOR A HOUSE.. MUCH CHEAPER

You should also talk to your neighbors...I know of 3 leases that were signed within a month of each other...and all 3 leases are for the same size apartment, on the ground floor and they all have different prices. I also know of an upstairs apartment that is paying $30 dollars less than ground floors apartments..and that lease was signed this week. Upstairs is supposed to cost more..You are correct about the awful management...they have no clue....when I complained about mold...I was told that it was because I had never had vinyl windows before.....
