I have lived here almost a year and in that time the so called 24 fitness center has only been open during the day. (due to theft they say) Same with the tanning bed. Its now open 24 but you have videos watching your every move. The pool is dirty and again, so called 24hr spa, is chained at 10pm. The facelift that all the tennents are paying for, or will be when they renew thier leases, is just that, a FACELIFT. It does nothing for the complex except cost us more. The management staff is a revolving door. Every week you dont know who you will be talking to and worst off, they know nothing about the place. Most of them live on site so they believe they are above any of the rules. PARKING SUCKS. There are abandonded vehicles taking up spaces and managements wont do anything about it. If you do have an assigned parking space, some other tennent is usually in it. Again, management couldn't care less. Garbage is all over the grounds because they want to save money, so they took out the cans and put in compactors. Now we have rats and ants and they say they are taking care of it by spraying. THIS PLACE IS NASTY. DONT BELIEVE THE PROMISES. ASK OTHER TENNANTS FIRST.
