Just give it some time before they stop trying to impress you. You will soon be treated just like everyone else. The way you wrote about the place, one might assume you were management trying to boost the ratings.

oh, so you are virgin. give it time you will feel the same way the rest of us do. As for the management the only one I have met any good is ------. Renovations are superficial. It has only gone down hill in the last several years. Rent is higher than ever and quality has dropped

I agree...The security gate is a joke, it's all for looks because trust me when I leave for work at 4am every morning I find all kinds of weird people roaming around. As for the rest of the so called renovations..come on, does it really take over a week to put new roofing on or over a week to make repairs to a deck? I pay good money to live here and should not have to put up with the inconvenience. This place is a slum and they are the slum loards.

Wow the cynical attitude of the people responding to this post is depressing. Blaming the management for going forward and making sure improvements are performed on the property to make sure the rain doesn't get into your apartment or repairing the deck so you don't fall through it, thats just sad. An apartment that makes improvements to its buildings, thats just crazy. If you all who are complaining want kiss the ground you walk on service then pay the money to get that service, at 1250/mo. you are not going to get it. For the funds that the management has to work with and tenets like yourselves, they are doing great. The people rebuilding the decks did multiple decks at the same time demolition, framing, decking in doing it this way the apartments would save money instead of individually rebuilding each deck. Thus, saving you money the next time your rent contract is up.

I agree with MUSHPET, if you don't like where you live move. Its that simple.
