Fixtures fall off/apart often. Sink started to chip a few weeks after moving in. Covered parking is provided but for an extra cost. Heater not safe for kids. My daughter got burn and cut a few times. If you live upstairs and the downstairs uses their fireplace, you can smell it and some smoke leaks into your living room. I always use to say you get what you pay for, however, this place is not worth the price. Wish I had more time to appartment shop before getting this place. Wont make that mistake again!
