Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I lived here for nearly a year and didn't mind living here although a bit run down, but then a new management team came on board. Now fairly I have to say the maintenance improved, but management left much to desire. The leasing agent was very nice and caring, but Dawn the Manager . . . well if you move in you'll find out first hand and if you fell a pain in your back while at the sametime your ears are burn she's just talking behind your back while she's stabbing you in it. My sister still lives at these Apartments and will be soon moving complians that the maintenance person that came on with this manager has moved on and present maintenance can take 2 to 3 weeks before getting done if at all.
