First of all, I have to agree with the previous posters. The manager and maintenance leave a lot to be desired. I have lived here for three years. When I moved in management was great and maintenance was well maintained. Since the other manager arrived, things have slowly gone to pot (literally). She seems not to care about anything that goes on here. As long as she is happy and has her happy smoke it doesn't matter. The maintenance never gets taken care of in a timely manner. Thank goodness I haven't had anything major happen like a flood or I would S.O.L. I just wanted to let anyone who may be looking for a place, that had things been the way they are now when I was looking three years ago, I would have continued looking. There are far more places that are better upkept and have management that cares and maintenance that actaully gets done without having to write a threatening letter. When my lease is up in a few months I will be leaving and going up the street where it is safer and people matter.
