I have lived here for almost 6 years. During that time there has been several changes in staff and for good reason. After speaking with the property management company I realized that they are trying to maintain a high level of customer service (not only to people looking for an apartment but to the residents here as well). They are taking action from the results of the surveys that we have filled out. I see that they are trying really hard to make this a great place to live and unfortunately (just like any other multi-family dwelling) there is a bad apple or 2 that spoil it for everyone else and I see that they are making an effort to get compliance or they get them out. I have seen several instances of where they have taken action against those who ruin our community. My hat's off to them.
