Not so good....

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
We moved in to these apartments in Spring 2005, and it wasn't so bad. The manager was amazing, but maintenance guy was awful, he would claim that he completed work orders but didn't. The staff changed, that manager was awful, but the maintenance guy was great, he ended up leaving due to the manager being a pain to deal with. Then the staff changed again, and it was awful. I had numerous issues with my fridgerator, my smoke detector not working, neighbors animals peeing and pooping in common areas, AWFUL parking... It's just went downhill fast. As well, you can hear a lot from neighbors homes and mangment did very little to control the noise issues.
