Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
I had a problem with my fridge, after throwing out the first round of groceries, maintenance repaired it incorrectly, I bought more groceries to throw out, maintenace came and fixed again, and again and finally again---I asked for a credit for the wasted groceries since they did not repair it correctly--DENIED, poor poor customer service.
