Boy oh boy I can t wait to get out of here! We made a complaint to the management Company (GMC) and told them how the manager ---- was never in the office because she was too busy picking up her kids from school. All we wanted was to get our package back from her that she accepted receipt on. She came storming in the office and accosted my self because she wasn t in the office doing her job because she was doing personal errands Not my problem. This is the only excuse she can come up with when she is not in the office in during the posted office hours which have been changed several times with the new management company. They don t care about their clients as customers should be treated. All we asked for was an apology from the management company for the inappropriate behavior of their staff (Manager) at village on seventh. ---------- at GMC told us that we were liars. ---------- at GMC Also said they won t accept our packages any more when they will continue to accept all the other tenants at the apartment complex. (That s discrimination) We went out of our way to seek mediation from the community mediator. Management Company denied mediation. We made a complaint to the better business bureau on the management company, the management company ignored it. Also GMC wasn t very compliant with a complaint we made to the human rights commissioner as well. Looks like GMC and Village on Seventh are avoiding the subject, must be because of a guilty conscience . After all of this the manager entered our appartment claiming an emergency when it really was not. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

If anyone has any doubts about my comment I would be more than happy to provide them with written proof of all of this. Besides it sounds to me like the manager wrote the initial response. So she has nothing better to do with her work time then to surf the internet and try to praise herself on this site. Who takes their 15minuet breaks at the end of the day when they should be in the office assisting residents at one of the most valuable times when the residents are getting off of work. I can see that the manager or another employee of GMC properties got on here on 6/11/08 and left a bunch of responses as well as a comment praising themselves.
