This place is great! The manager is awesome, the grounds are kept up weekly, there's plenty of parking for you and guests, the pool/spa/workout room is nice, there aren't any noise issues, the place is gated and it is in a superb location.
This is probably the safest neighborhood in Vancouver, bar none.
