I want to start out by saying that we do not live here. My wife and I came from out of state and have spent the past week looking at apartments all over Vancouver. I felt compelled to write this in order to help others, like ourselves who are trying to find a good place to call home. Of all the apartments we visited, by far, Vista View has the friendliest, most helpful, and professional apartment manager. Unfortunately, we needed a place a little larger because we both work from home, otherwise we would have rented here. Chad, the manager, seemed genuinely interested in what was best for us, not just renting an apartment.

Chad is both personable and straightforward. All of the fees are disclosed clearly, nothing is hidden. He is very respectful of his tenants. He maintains the apartments in great shape and fosters a community feeling. I hope this helps!
