I have lived here for 5 years and I love my neighbors. The ground here is beautiful, surrounded by a forest and a creek. There is a gym, a pool, and a hot tub.

My equity has increased on my condo which makes me happy.

I would definitely recommend Waters Edge.

This is not an accurate representation of this community... there are serious problems with the HOA, parking, rentals turned into party houses, murders, robbery, and the buildings are falling apart at the seams.
