What views would you be referring to? There aren't many views of the creek on the grounds, and the creek isn't much to look at anyway. There is a crumby association with too many nitpicky rules and the buildings are falling apart... If the buildings were in better shape- I would give this place a 3.5 - But to give this area a 5.0 is nuts... or you have incredibly low standards.
Oh, the view of the old truck depot is great - it'll be even better if wal-mart ever builds there too.
